In 2025, a “Youth Jury Award” was presented for the first time as part of the NEISSE NYSA NISA FILM FESTIVAL. For the new edition of this award, we are once again looking for a German-Polish-Czech youth jury for the upcoming 23rd edition of the NFF, which will take place from May 26 to 31 in the border triangle on the Neisse River!

The coordination of this award will be handled by students from Schkola Oberland as part of their practical course “Filmriss.” In cooperation with the Ebersbach Film Theater and Cultural Association, the group also plays a leading role in organizing the NFF's media education program. In order to bring the festival closer to a younger audience, the youngsters nominate films from the festival program that specifically touch and appeal to young people. From this selection, the youth jury will this time choose two winners – one for a feature film and one for a short film.
